Areas
Therapy is a space to tend to yourself in a loving, sustainable way. Here you can cultivate trust and connection while you work on reclaiming your garden.
Depression
Mood changes are part of the human experience, though sometimes we can get stuck or frozen in disconnection and despair. Somatic and relational therapies help you to listen deeply to what your heart is telling you, be nourished, and empower you to re-connect with your life.
Anxiety
Sometimes we’re surviving based on our fears rather than living based on our values – this is exhausting. Anxiety helps to keep us safe enough to survive, but what happens when it gets in the way of us living our lives? High anxiety is also really common amongst neurodivergent folks, people with undiagnosed Autism, ADHD, or OCD. Therapy supports you in getting curious about your anxiety so you can develop more clarity and confidence to live on your terms.
Complex Trauma
Somatic and relational trauma therapy is well-established as one of the most affective forms of treating complex trauma, the kind of wounding that occurs over years of abuse, neglect, and oppression. While Western research has been able to validate this over the last 30+ years, embodied healing through ritual and community is a long-established practice amongst Indigenous peoples spanning the globe. Re-membering our wholeness has anti-colonial implications and connects us to a broader web of life on the planet.
Neurodiversity and ADHD
Working with your brain and body is much easier than working against it day in and day out. Let's explore your neurotype so we can leverage your strengths to create greater ease! I have received specialized training to provide diagnostic assessments for ADHD, Autism, and OCD. My practice is firmly rooted in the neurodiversity paradigm, a non-pathologizing stance that embraces neuro-biological differences as natural and inherently valuable.
2SLGBTQ+
Queer people deserve high-quality, affirming care that’s informed by the highest standards of care. As a queer person, I know first-hand how important and vulnerable getting in touch with my body and my sexuality is. Let therapy be a space for you to go there - to be held, affirmed, and celebrated. In addition to counseling, I write letters for gender affirming services including surgery.
Sex Work
Sex work is a complicated occupation that requires physical, mental, and emotional skill to navigate. This can be infuriating, isolating, and confusing. As a former FSSW myself, I understand the complexities of working within the margins. Therapy can be a place to get really clear about your boundaries, to create a container where you can finally access parts of you that might not be available elsewhere. I am unapologetically pro-sex worker and live my experience out loud, but not everyone can or wants to do that - my promise is to meet you where you want to be met.

About Me
My background in sex work and solidarity lead me to practicing therapy as a clinical social worker.
Hands down, the relationship is the most transformational aspect of therapy. I’m here to build relationships that sustain your growth and healing, as well as your connection to community and the earth.
I borrow from systems theory, depth psychology, and somatic practices that increase your emotion regulation, compassion for self and others, and clarify the values you want to live your life by.
